If we cannot access the yard after reasonable contact attempts, the visit may still count as a route stop because crew time and travel were reserved.
Recurring plans require 2 completed visits. After that, customers can cancel through the subscription portal before the next billing date.
If there is a service issue, contact us within 24 hours. We will review the visit and may offer a re-clean, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
If a dog is protective or nervous with visitors, please keep them inside during service or leave clear handling notes.
Heavy rain, flooding, lightning, or unsafe yard conditions may shift service to the next safe route window.
